i'm amazed at how much can get done online still just using a dial-up connection like my grandmother's. we spent the new years together, just the two of us. she's a recent widow. i feel lucky to have a dependable family. all the stories she's told me are like a film reel of my families' history. she's doing well even though there's a bitting cold when the wind blows.
